1. No Return / No Exchange / No Replacement.

Due to the nature of sarees and ethnic garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

This includes cases such as:

Change of mind
Color or design preference
Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
Incorrect selection by the customer
All sales are final.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

Duplicate or excess payment for the same order

Order cancelled by Craftlooms due to stock unavailability or operational issues before dispatch

❌ Not Eligible for Refund
Delivered products
Delayed delivery by courier partners
Customer refusal or non-acceptance of delivery

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders cant be cancelled once placed.
